16,000 Colombians have been displaced from their homes in Venezuela as the border crisis between Venezuela and Colombia continues.  The OAS refuses to meet in order to discuss the issue, Maduro calls out Santos for not engaging in dialogue about the matter, and the Pope believes everything will work out just fine.
