Issue Feb 15-21 2023: Venezuela’s environment ministry announced that it has begun a reforestation project in areas affected by illegal mining, focused on three national parks: Canaima (Bolívar), Yapacana (Amazonas), and Caura (between Bolívar and Amazonas departments).
