Levels of Microplastics Increase along Panamanian Shorelines

Early results of research done by the Center for Hydraulic and Hydrotechnical Investigation at the University of Panama showed high levels of microplastics along the Caribbean coast. The results showed greater quantities in areas with high numbers of tourists.
