Cubans Outraged by Cost of Water and Food after Hurricane Irma

On September 12 and 13, Cuba received ten tons of humanitarian aid from Venezuela and 2.2 tons from Panama. Cuban authorities have set up several kiosks selling food and water to the victims of Hurricane Irma, with prices of 2 CUP for a ration of soup and 9 CUP for a box of rice with protein.
