What Film Is to Represent Chile?

Issue Aug 01-12 2025: The Chilean Film Academy has the task every August to review all nominees and choose one film to represent Chile at the Oscars and Goya awards. This year, voting will run until August 25th, and the selected film will be released shortly after a decision is made. The academy of over 400 members must decide between several feature films.
