The Mexican anthropologist Marcela LaGarde participated in the march “Ni una menos” (Not One Less) in Buenos Aires and Tracy Robinson, Rapporteur on the Rights of Women of the Organization of American States (OAS), spoke in Brazil about the negative effect of impunity in curbing violence against women, while a Salvadoran newspaper issued a statement on the belittling remarks made by one of its journalists against a female colleague.
