Issue Apr 03-09 2024: In celebration of its 100th anniversary, a group of 30 riders and 42 horses are journeying from Uruguay to Paraguay to visit the Artigas School, where Uruguayan national hero General José Gervasio Artigas resided before his death in 1850.
