Issue Dec 01-31 2024: The Honduran Minister of Defense, Rixi Moncada, stated that the Honduran government does not rule out the possibility of reactivating the bilateral extradition treaty with the United States in 2026, an agreement that Tegucigalpa terminated last August and remains in force until February 28, 2025.
