The office of the United Nations Organization for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) reported that it stopped programs in Venezuela that include transfers of cash resources to the poor through local non-profit groups and asked the Nicolás Maduro’s government establish clear rules on sending cash.
