Issue Sep 04-10 2024: The flow of migrants through Panama’s Darién Jungle has decreased by 31% in the last year. The jungle, which forms the border between Panama and Colombia, saw 354,299 migrants pass through in 2023 by September of that year compared to 244,243 by September of 2024.
