Issue Aug 21-27 2024: Responding to a decision by the Dulce Nombre de María Court of First Instance in Chalatenango, El Salvador, to bring to trial three high-ranking military officials accused of plotting the murders of four Dutch journalists in 1982, the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR) “welcomed the judicial decision.”
