Russia Has Sent Cuba 217,000 Tons of Oil and Petroleum Products this Year

The Rosneft oil company, owned by the Russian government, reported Monday that it has supplied 200,000 tons of oil and 17,000 tons of petroleum products to Cuba in 2017.
