The Federal Administrative Litigation Chamber decided to annul a resolution of the president of the Instituto Nacional de Asuntos Indígenas (INAI), Magdalena Odarda, which recognized the ownership of a piece of land by the Mapuche Buenuleo community in Bariloche, Neuquén province.
