The national president of the Partido Acción Nacional (PAN), Ricardo Anaya, stood firm with the national advisors of his party by saying that the federal government, headed by the Partido Revolucionario Institucional (PRI), is a “bona fide disaster, it is a boat that is taking on water in all its parts.”
