Issue Feb 26-Mar 04 2025: According to an expert human rights group created by the United Nations, Nicaraguan President Daniel Ortega and his wife Rosario Murillo have created an intricate surveillance and intelligence-collecting network in the Central American country, the aim of which is to identify state bureaucrats, dissidents, and other persons of interest so as to target them for further investigation.
