Issue Nov 01-07 2023: Some 5,000 individuals – the majority from Honduras, El Salvador, Guatemala, Nicaragua, Venezuela, Haiti, and Cuba – have departed northwards from the southern Mexican border city of Tapachula, with the goal of reaching the United States and making themselves visible to Mexican authorities.
