Intellectuals, Politicians, and Activists Denounce the Cuban Constitutional Reform

On November 12, 2018, the Cuban Observatory of Human Rights (OCDH) released a letter signed by a number of politicians, intellectuals, and activists denouncing the constitutional reform proposal because it “does not respond to democratic principles nor the political or social plurality of Cuban society” and has been created “exclusively for the Communist Party and responds solely to its interests.”
