IACHR Warns of Risks to Isolated Indigenous Populations

The Inter-American Commission on Human Rights (IACHR) urged States of the region “to take immediate action to contribute to the protection of the rights of peoples in voluntary isolation,” given their high vulnerability to the large-scale exploitation of natural resources on their territories.
