Issue Apr 22-May 05 2026: Honduras’ National Congress is preparing to pass legislation creating a new initiative called the National Program of Agri-Food Rescue and Sanitation in conjunction with the National Bank for Agricultural Development (Bandesa) under the auspices of newly-elected President Nasry Asfura’s “Together We’re Going to Be Fine!” program.
