Issue May 31-Jun 06 2023: Argentina’s Ministerio de Desarrollo Humano y Hábitat found that the number of homeless people in Buenos Aires has increased from 2,611 in 2022 to 3,511 in 2023: these figures represent a 34% increase in homeless in the city.
