France Supports Panama’s Removal from EU Blacklist

Issue Sep 09-15 2026: France’s Minister of Foreign Trade and Economic Attractiveness, Nicolas Forissier, has announced that there is no longer any reason for Panama to remain on the EU list of non-cooperative jurisdictions in fiscal matters, given the country’s “huge effort” to meet the highest standards of transparency.
