Former Salvadoran Military Personnel Arrested for the 1989 Murder of Jesuit Priests

The police have captured four of the 17 military men accused of the murder of six Jesuit priests in November 1989. Three of the arrests happened hours after a United States court confirmed the extradiction towards Spain of the ex-viceminister of Security, Inocente Orlando Montano, to face an open trial before the National Audience.
