A Fence to Fight Pollution in Uruguay

Uruguay’s Obras Sanatarias del Estado or OSE recently modified the Paso Severino dam to prevent water pollution. They decided to install a 110 kilometer fence around the St. Lucia river area, which the Paso Severino dam inhabits, in order to contain water pollution.
