The President of Costa Rica awaits bilateral dialogue after the December 16 ruling in The Hague regarding Costarican foreign relations with Nicaragua. Costa Rica will not retaliate against Nicaraguan migrants, just as it has never done in the past, affirmed the Costa Rican president.
