Issue Oct 05-11 2022: The gulupa, a juicier and more aromatic relative of the passion fruit, is “conquering palates in Europe,” making it a huge export for Colombia. Originating from Brazil, Paraguay, and northern Argentina, the fruit is now being produced in the Colombian regions of Boyacá, Antioquia Cundinamarca, Nariño, and Cauca.
