The General Assembly of the Organization of American States will meet in Washington, D.C. to discuss the state of sociopolitical affairs in Venezuela.

Henrique Capriles, governor of the Venezuelan state of Miranda, has announced his plans to launch a tour throughout South America in which he will implore the international community to help defend constitutionality and democracy in Venezuela.
