Brazil’s Speaker Gets a Taste of His Own Medicine

President Dilma Rousseff’s former ally and chief nemesis, Eduardo Cunha (the Speaker of Brazil’s Lower House), who has been flirting with instigating impeachment proceedings against the president, has run into problems of his own.  Under investigation for corruption in connection to the Petrobras scandal, it turns out that the speaker and his family have undisclosed Swiss bank accounts, giving rise to calls from lawmakers for Cunha’s resignation.
