The impeachment of Dilma Rousseff has not spelled the end of legal proceedings against her administration and that of her predecessor, Lula da Silva. The Public Ministry has claimed Lula was the “commander” in a scheme of national corruption according to an accusation accepted by Judge Moro, regardless of the fact that there does not seem to be evidence to merit a conspiracy.
