Bolivia’s Morales Asks Chile to Employ the “Force of Reason” Regarding Access to the Sea

President Evo Morales continued his tour throughout Europe. During his visit to Rome, he asked Chile to act under the “force of reason” in respect to the maritime demand, and specified that most of the world supports the Bolivian cause.
