Cáñamo México (Hemp Mexico) is a magazine presenting “cannabis culture” from a non-prohibitionist perspective. Publishers claim that the magazine is an attempt to contribute to the Mexican debate about cannabis. The government stands against the magazine, however, because it threatens the moral foundation of the family.
