Issue May 20-26 2026: According to recent research, children in Chile typically reach the age of seven having only engaged in 8,760 hours of play, in contrast to the 15,000 hours recommended by childhood specialists. That means that six thousand hours of play, exploration, imagination, laughter, and learning are simply lost to them forever.
