Issue Dec 01-31 2025: The Dominican Republic’s Ministry of the Environment and Natural Resources in collaboration with the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) and the Global Environment Facility (GEF) has launched the Plastic Reboot Project, an initiative aimed at solving the problem of exponentially growing levels of plastic waste in the country.
