Honduras Begins Printing Ballots as Elections Draw Near

Issue Oct 01-07 2025: Honduras has begun printing ballots in anticipation of its general elections on November 30.  The printing of the 18 million ballots—including 5 for presidential candidates, 298 for candidates to municipal mayorships, 120 for candidates to the national congress, and 20 for candidates to the Central American congress—was assigned to 12 printing presses in the country.
