Issue Sep 24-30 2025: Four analyses from different think tanks, including Guatemala No Se Detiene, Alianza por un Congreso Eficiente, the Alianza Técnica de Apoyo al Legislativo (ATAL), and the law firm ALTA, have issued warnings regarding Guatemala’s proposed Initiative 6347, also known as the Cybersecurity Law, which is currently under review in that country’s congress.
