A Plea to End Argentine Time Zones

Issue Aug 20-26 2025: Former Secretary of Energy Raúl Olocco stated that the changing of time zones is “of no use to Argentina.” Olocco explained that this is because Argentina is a country that stretches from south to north. For example, countries that implement daylight saving time by the Equator, such as Paraguay, but also countries like the United States, have large gaps from east to west.
