The advisory minister of Strategic Affairs of the Presidency of the Republic of Paraguay, Federico González, explained that during his recent visit to Russia, the authorities of the Russian Fund for Direct Investment spoke to him about the possibility of transferring their technology and knowledge so that Paraguay can produce the Sputnik V vaccines.
