The priest Pablo Cáceres, also known by his community as Pa’i Pablito, who made himself available to mediate for the release of those kidnapped by the Ejército del Pueblo Paraguayo (EPP), has said his work has been made very difficult to achieve due the criminal group having no intention of collaborating.
