With five and a half million pesos in prize money and inspiration from the creativity of the neighborhood’s well-known artists Leopoldo Marechal, Juan Gelman, and Osvaldo Pugliese, thirty eager residents of Villa Crespo have launched a plan called the Local Circuit of Cultural Interventions (CLIC).
