The “Panorama de la Seguridad Alimentaria y Nutricional 2018” report, recently published as a collaboration among four United Nations agencies, cites malnutrition, hunger, overweightness, and obesity as major health problems that not only plague Latin America today, but are increasingly affecting more individuals by the year.
