From October 31st to November 8th, three Latin American leaders—the President of Cuba, Miguel Díaz-Canel, the President of the Dominican Republic, Danilo Medina and the President of El Salvador, Salvador Sánchez Cerén—will be officially visiting China through an invitation extended by Xi Jinping.
