The countries that form part of the Bolivarian Alliance for the Peoples of Our America (Alianza para los Pueblos de America, ALBA) will execute unspecified “diplomatic” and “political” measures, so that Venezuela can participate in the VII Summit of the Americas (VII Cumbre de las Americas) next April in Lima, Peru.
