Venezuela and Colombia Agree to Slowly Reopen Border

Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro and Colombian President Juan Manuel Santos agreed to an “orderly, controlled and gradual” reopening of the border between their nations, which has been closed for almost a year after traffic was shut down by Venezuela.
