Guatemala’s Justice System Could Change Radically this Year

The model that determines the election of authorities in the judicial system could change radically this year, if constitutional reforms are approved that propose the formation of State agencies, i.e., the International Commission Against Impunity in Guatemala (CICIG) and the Public Ministry.  Changing the Magna Carta represents one of the major challenges for 2016, with some significant obstacles along the way.
