With foreign media in favor of the current Brazilian administration, and fearing the country’s exclusion from Mercosur, President Dilma Rousseff discussed Brazil’s critical situation in front of a United Nations meeting. Then, taking advantage of the trip in U.S. soil, Rousseff appointed a diplomatic advisor for talks with American representatives.
