Brazil’s Petrobras Scandal Voted World’s Second Biggest Corruption Case

The Petrobras scandal was named the second largest corruption case in the world by popular vote of the NGO Transparency International. With 11,900 votes, the Brazilian state oil company ranked just behind the former Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych, who received 13,210 votes for the alleged diversion of resources to his private account.
