79% of Peruvians Think Their Congress is Being Obstructionist

With the pending issue of early elections being duked out in the Peruvian Congress, a new poll has come out showing that 79% of Peruvians think Congress is being obstructionist in general terms (rather than collaborative) and 78% think that Congress is specifically being obstructionist in relation to the moving up of the elections.
