The 2015 Ecuadorian Unemployment Rate Regressed 9 Years

Ecuador ended 2015 with 357,892 unemployed, which was 13% higher than in 2007, with 316,697. The percentage of unemployed in relation to the Economically Active Population (EAP) in both years, however, bore no significant variation: the unemployment rate in 2015 was 4.77%, while in 2007 it was 5%.
