In 2017, “more than 1.07 million” travelers from the United States visited Cuba. Of these travelers, “453,905 are Cuban residents in the United States.” The remaining “619,523 [were] Americans.”

Every year, National Geographic selects 21 places to visit. For 2018, three Latin American destinations are among them.
