Brazil and Russia have announced their agreement for a coordinated foreign policy.

At first glance, Pope Francis’ upcoming visit in 2018 does not appear to have an overall objective apart from reinforcing Catholic relations in Peru, but maybe there’s more to it than that.

In June of 2013, the National Assembly of Nicaragua passed the “Ley Especial para el Desarrollo de Infraestructura y Transporte Nicaragüense Atinente a el Canal, Zonas de Libre Comercio e Infraestructuras Asociados.”
