Outside the city of Barranquilla, Colombia, Venezuelan refugees have created an informal settlement known as Villa Caracas.

The observation of “irregular flights” of planes from the Chilean Air Force over the Oruro territory of Bolivia has prompted President Evo Morales to advise the Ministry of Defense to begin an investigation regarding the incident.
